Random North Korean cars

Lada Niva 2131 police car.  A four door Niva exists?

Nice guy Kim with a Hongqi(?).

this one has always baffled me beyond comprehension: what is [what appears to be a modified] bmw mini cooper doing in the hermit kingdom?

@motoringconbrio: That was surreal. At first, I thought it belonged to the spoiled son of a North Korean general. But that video camera the occupant was holding makes me think they're not from North Korea. Maybe it was an obscure rally put together by overseas Chinese from Singapore/Hong Kong/Malaysia?

That's not a Hongqi but a GAZ M-12 ZIM.
